Founded in 1991 by Bob and Carol Mardock, International Family Services (IFS) has helped more than 4000 international and domestic children find forever homes. IFS can help you no matter what state you live in or if you are a US citizen living abroad. We currently offer programs in China, Ethiopia, India, Russia, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. IFS can also provide Hague home studies, which may be required depending on which program you select.
