Through Staff and "Guest" speakers, the teens in this organization will learn all aspects of theatrical and film production and the career fields available to them through the arts and related fields. Learning how to research, write, direct and perform before live audiences, these youth will receive substantial educational and recreational benefits. Those who have the desire and persistence to pursue a career in the arts or a related field, will have the opportunity to do so knowing The Old West will remove the financial barriers most need to overcome.
