Resolve Community Health's mission is to assist adult individuals with rehabilitation and recovery goals. We offer a community atmosphere for individuals to reach their goals through a variety of skills teaching and social /recreational opportunities. Staff assist individuals in their homes or any other community location appropriate for their needs. Services include assistance, skills teaching, support in maintaining a home, budgeting, medication monitoring, travel training, using community services, etc. Services can also be coordinated Offsite with a Mental Health Associate.
