RCS is a victim advocacy agency with a 24-hour crisis line serving all of Fresno County. Advocates provide crisis intervention, counseling, advocacy, and court accompaniment for survivors of sexual assault and family violence. RCS also provides individual therapy to survivors and their families. Services are available in both English and Spanish. RCS also has two satellite offices - one in Firebaugh (559-659-0232) and one in Coalinga (559934-0915)
