We are a 501(c) 3 nonprofit Crisis Intervention and Referral Agency that provides emergency confidential safe housing 24/7, as well as basic needs for women and children as they escape violence, emotional support, and a diversified range of services focused on safety, empowerment, and self-sufficiency. Through community partnerships, DCTS raises awareness, provides non-emergency services, and educates community members about destructive behaviors. Our clientele includes victims of Domestic violence, Substance abuse, homelessness, and Mental Health. We encouraged anyone that is being abused to seek help today.
