Offender Management Solutions, a dba of North West Investigations Inc, is a licensed Private Probation Provider in the State of Utah. We provide Court Ordered Private Probation that is paid for by the Offender. We supervise the Probationer to ensure the terms of the probation are adhered to. Our goal is to assist the Probationer to successfully complete the probation agreement. We provide Substance Abuse testing by Licensed Private Probation supervisors for court compliance. We also help Probationers by developing a case plan to assist them in meeting their goals to pay of court fines, restitution, other fees imposed and community service.
