I can offer several tools to access your deepest wisdom and you are invited to utilize any of them -dream exploration,journaling,creative art therapy,movement and sand tray. Couples are encouraged to practice the skills they learn here and to select books to read between sessions. Parent and children are often seen together in session for playful interaction.
