TLC is a private practice that serves individuals, couples and families experiencing challenges or seeking concepts to improve their quality of life. TLC focuses on eliminating barriers to personal success, defining values/goals, and developing new skills. Therapeutic work is influenced by systems theory, contemporary psychoanalytic theories, cognitive behavioral theories, and solution focused approaches. Treatment objectives are determined by the consumer and the therapist jointly. Goals are consistently assessed to ensure the consumer is benefiting from the treatment.
