Through our unique set of offerings, you will be able to address both physical and emotional challenges that you may be experiencing through clinical psychology with a holistic health emphasis; yoga therapy using Ayurvedic principles to create a personal practice for addressing physcal and emotional issues; or attending general yoga classes as a way of enhancing your overall health and wellness. We also offer wellness education programs to introduce you to alternative treatments and therapies as you move through your journey of life.
