Fitting Back In program works to meet the needs of individuals, prior to and immediately following release from Oklahoma Department of Correction. Fitting Back In is designed to help these individuals re-integration into their communities as productive, valuable members of society. It helps to provided and make accessible, necessary mental health, medical and social services upon re-entry into society. Fitting Back In program is a three- phase program, involving a prisoner pre-release preparation course and a 18-months aftercare program.
