About the Author I. Alan Appt currently resides in the Midwest of the USA. He lives with Pam, his beautiful wife; Murphy, the very lovable cat; and Dolly, the vocal yellow-naped Amazon parrot. He has an adult daughter and son, as well as a grandchild. Appt's childhood involved much philosophical thinking that has enabled a heightened, self-observing consciousness throughout his life.
