ParsonTek, Inc. is on the leading edge of the (employee) self help, enlightenment and empowerment initiatives in the USA. We are likely the only corporation that specializes in, and expects, employee turnover! This is due to our policy of empowering our staff to better themselves both with the experience, and the personal tools needed to become Entrepreneurs in their own right if they so choose. We fund our training, operation and compensation portfolios through our collective (staff) successes via various income streams that we house inside our offices, such as our Call Centers (SEO, Self Help, etc.). This, in turn, helps to fund our not-for- profit foundation; PT Initiatives, Inc. (Specializing on helping the Homeless, and others in need through our "LifeHouse" initiatives).
