It is my goal to motivate and empower my clients to become self-fulfilled and at peace with themselves and others. I am sensitively in tune to the unique needs and experiences of those I work with. I have provided guidance and support to individuals who are from many different backgrounds and walks of life. My ability to understand, relate to, and support my clients encourages the development of a trusting and safe environment conducive to therapy. Through the use of EMDR, my clients experience life changing / life enhancing epiphanies that facilitate self fulfillment. These long-lasting and holistic changes encourage continued growth and healing on many levels. Self-actualization is possible when one is not inhibited by the constraints placed upon them by their past. I am trained in EMDR, and specialize in the treatment of individuals who have experienced trauma. My educational foundation includes a Bachelors in Human Development from Cornell University and a Masters in Social Work from Syracuse University.
