The Life Assistant is an all encompassing meal preparation and delivery service. We assess the clients' future dietetic concerns and tailor a plan that works for them. Meals are portioned and suggested amounts are recommended. There is an A la Carte pricing structure as well as 3 plans that are chosen determined by each person's budget. In addition to providing nutritious meals we are offering nutritional consulting. This will give the client an incentive to know where they can improve their diet.
