You can go from in your bed to safely in your shelter in about 7 to 8 seconds for the average person (see video on our website) so you can wait longer before needing to enter our shelter. You are also much more comfortable being in your bedroom since you are in a climate controlled room rather than in a humid steel box in the garage or underground. It's also much more affordable. Our prices are multiple hundreds, if not thousands, lower than other shelter companies. Seniors are our biggest customers because it's so conveniently located and easy to get into. Ours is the best shelter for those suffering from claustrophobia because you can comfortably wait inside our shelter by lying down with the door wide open. Only when/if the storm starts tearing your home apart will you need to close the doors for a couple minutes until the storm passes.
