We also will visit community centers and schools to base prevention outreach programs, which are geared towards transition. The Crisis Intervention & Prevention programs are based on a variety of services that meet a continuum of needs, to promote self-advocacy for semi-independent living. The individual and group sessions will help increase the quality of life for both the person and his/her familiy. We will provide specialized support to autistic or nursing home victims of abuse.
