Applewood Our House Arvada is our 3rd assisted living facility in Colorado, We opened October 2013 with 4 private Suite rooms and 8 Private rooms. This home is located in Arvada, and has spectacular views of the mountain range from Pikes Peak to Longs Peak. It is truly amazing. The yard has a wonderful walking path and side yard to enjoy the south sun among some large cottonwood trees. The interior has an open floor play with a great room and the kitchen has natural cherry cabinets, granite and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is the HEART of the house and the residents and caregivers hang out together.
