Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership once known as Youngstown Area Community Action Agency is an non-profit organization incorporated by the state of Ohio in 1965. It was established for the express purpose of mobilizing and utilizing resources to increase the quality of life for low income residents of Mahoning County (Ohio). The Mahoning Youngstown Community Action Partnership will strive to alleviate and prevent the causes of poverty. We will plan and implement quality services designed to educate and empower eligible residents of Mahoning County with a goal of moving toward self-sufficiency.
