Hi my name is Jennifer Cullen, creator of RocknRollRachel.com In July 2009 my life changed forever. My husband and I were happily married with three sons of our own when we were contacted by the department of health and welfare in the state where we lived asking us to take in several foster children. In September 2011 we had the opportunity to adopt Rachel, one of our foster daughters. Raising an adoptive child has been a huge challenge for me but has blessed my life in ways I never thought possible. I designed this site to uplift and entertain regular kids, regular parents, foster kids, foster parents, adoptive kids, and adoptive parents. Parenting is never easy!
