We work as a victims advocate and provide crime victims services for victims of domestic violence, murder, rape, homicide, human trafficking, child abuse, assault, robbery, arson, stalking, harassment and teen dating violence. We represent victims of crime before the NYS Office of Victim Services (OVS), formerly known as the NYS Crime Victims Board (CVB) who have been victims of sexual abuse, elder abuse, spousal abuse, same sex abuse and anyone who has had to obtain a restraining order as a result have been in abusive relationships. We help the claimant obtain crime victim compensation for medical expenses, dental expenses, psychological counseling expenses, lost wages, funeral or burial expenses, emergency moving and storage expenses, etc. We provide assistance with your crime victim compensation application before the New York State Office of Victim Services at either their Albany, Buffalo or Brooklyn office and we provide help in New York City (NYC), Rochester, Yonkers, Syracuse, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, Schenectady, Utica, White Plains, Hempstead, Niagra Falls and throughout NY.
