We take a staffing agency approach by getting to know your positions, work environment, company culture and any other qualities that are important to you and then searching if we have the right candidate fit from our programs. Our services are at no cost to the employer because we are part of a NYC workforce initiative to help local businesses with job creation and fulfillment. What this translates to is saving companies money on placing job advertisements and reducing turnover at your business. Fedcap is evaluated and receives funding based on retention (how long someone remains employed.) Therefore we share a mutual interest in placing people who will work for you long-term.
