The Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity is proud to have the Illinois Gamma Chapter, Residential Learning Community (RLC), as the eighty-fourth chapter chartered (1948) as a chapter of SigEp on the Monmouth College campus in Monmouth, Illinois. The undergraduates are guided and directed by an Alumni Volunteer Corporation (AVC), dedicated to engage SigEp Alumni through networking, as well as social, philanthropic, mentoring and other events according new and beneficial experiences. This chapter seeks out the best new recruits, organized to provide valuable collegiate experiences, according resources for undergraduate leadership and programming support. We recruit and select only the best in terms of both academics and athletics and strive to develop both aspects through the Balanced Man Program
