New Pathways for Youth is a teen-focused organization, guiding the youth we serve toward renewed outlooks on life and unlimited possibilities for their futures.

As the women's movement started taking shape, there was a need for young girls to gain skills in order to become leaders in society. A forward thinking girls youth group was started which is what we know today as Job's Daughters International. The reference of Job's Daughters was taken from the bible. "Nowhere in all the land were there found women as beautiful as Job's Daughters, and their father granted them inheritance along with their brothers." Beauty comes from within, and we teach that every girl is a confident leader capable of anything they set their mind to.
