The DPC is a non-profit organization comprised of regulatory, academic, and industry people concerned with milk quality, good farm practices, and good dairy manufacturing practices. We write and distribute educational guidelines to our members and to the general public. Guidelines can be ordered through our secure website: www.dairypc.org. Our members are from all parts of the world, wherever quality dairy products is a concern.
