The LDS Church in Cairo, Georgia has three meetings each Sunday. The first one begins at 9am. The next one is Sunday School for adults and Primary for children, beginning at 9:50am. Sacrament meeting, in which families meet together to partake of bread and water (sacrament) to remember Jesus Christ's sacrifice for mankind, begins at 10:50am and goes until noon. The church also participates in activities during the week and sometimes on Saturdays. Activities include youth nights, boy scouts, service projects, dinner parties, and other activities.
