The mission of NLA is to provide athletes in all sports the best all around training and development program available. NLA conducts mini-camps and personal workouts for youth, high school, college and pro players alike. We have produced 71 division 1A and 1AA athletes around the country on scholarship who came to us as Katy ISD students. Why NLA Works With All Athletes:
We follow NFL Off-Season Protocols following some the best trainers in that league. Our principles and protocols match those found around the country for some of the best NFL players today.
Because we pass this knowledge on to our athletes, they play beyond their age and produce some the best statistics in the state of Texas.

PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT
The individualized programs are detailed and prescribed based on evaluations, goals, and response to training.
STRENGTH & POWER TRAINING Strength - absolute and velocity-specific Vertical, horizontal, and multidirectional power development
Hypertrophy based on goals and evaluations Complete core development and enhancement
MOVEMENT TRAINING 1st step quickness Linear and multidirectional speed Football specifics - broken down by position
Energy system development for football - general and by position Play drives / Interval training Sled strength and/or power endurance Tempo runs Graded treadmill strength and/or power endurance
FOOTBALL SPECIFICS Positional workouts Speed and power drills to enhance position-specific motions Metabolic and movement demands broken down by position:
QB - MB reactive neuromuscular training (RNT), MB power, drops, in pocket movement, out of pocket movement, open field movement
RB/FB - open field movement, breaking tackles, lateral movement/pass protection, assisted/resisted cuts
