A non-proft association of neighbors organized to promote and encourage interest in the Morningside Historic District and surrounding communities of the Glen Park area in Gary, IN, and in particular to present their concerns to the governing bodies of including city, county and state organizations concerning but not limited to: (1) combating community & neighborhood deterioration; (2) promoting historic preservation (3) combating juvenile delinquency and crime in the community (4) promoting neighborhood stabilization, improvement & community redevelopment
