Hands-On Training. Learn by doing. 1, 2 and 3 week classes. Saturday/Sunday classes. Learn all the different areas of bartending from drink recipes, liquors, wines, customer service, speed techniques, cash handling and sanitation. Gel Alcohol Awareness Certified recognized by Illinois Liquor Control Commission. Program is approved by the Illinois State Board of Education and the Better Business Bureau. We have been training and placing bartenders since 1951. Our graduates work one-on-one with our placement assistance staff interviewing with hotels, nightclubs, sports bars and restaurants all over the Chicago land area.
