The supply of quality gifted young leaders for the church is a growing concern for today's Christian faith community. We observed the pressing need to identify and invite capable, faithful young people to the profession of Christian Education and Christian Counseling to lead, renew, reinvigorate both congregations and communities with new energy, skills and perspectives. Such leadership not only serves to revitalize the church it is essential to the fabric of civic life and health of our society.
