Wellness Moments is an online employee wellness program developed by Circle Toward Wholeness. Wellness Moments acts as the vehicle to bring together facilitators from many areas of health and wellness with people who are interested in taking responsibility for their own health. Facilitators are individuals who have had the opportunity to learn and practice a wellness tool that has made a real difference in their life. They are passionate about what they have learned. We believe that taking responsibility for our own health is vital to moving our health system forward and being responsible becomes easier with education and a support network.
