I specialize in teaching violin and viola to students ages 4 and up. Private lessons are once a week for 45 minutes, and $100/month. Also available is an Introduction to Violin Group Class! This 12-week course is aimed at younger students, and class size is limited to a small group. Students will build a foundation of skills on which their playing can be successful for many years to come. Private lesson students begin with the basics, but then they are encouraged to explore and discover what music they like. I mostly teach classical, but have also taught fiddle tunes, popular music, rock and roll, country, and Disney music! Whatever each student is most interested in is what I teach.
