We are committed to giving students the ability to understand the language of music and its structures, the music's place in history, and the emotional intentions of the pieces they are working on. Our goal at the Bernhard Piano Studio is to provide each pianist with an understanding of how to achieve freedom, balance, flexibility, and coordination of movement at the keyboard. We believe it is important for each student to develop his or her ideal hand and body positions at the keyboard for playing with ease.
