The Big Apple Academy is a coeducational independent school for students enrolled in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Dear Parents, My name is Rebeca. I'm a 30 year old Child Care Provider who is licensed by NYC Health Department and the Bureau of Child Care. Trained in First Aid & CPR. I have degree in Early Childhood Education and in Sociology. I have 8+ years experience working with children. I help enhance children's cognitive and senorimotor skills development through use of flash cards, hand-printing, learning rhythms, songs, recognizing color patterns, numbers, and alphabet letters, and also engage children in dramatic play and circle time. I teach children sense of responsibility such as putting their toys away after playtime, listening to direction, and following daily structured routine patterns. I structure lesson plans on daily basis.

3rd Ward is a member-based design center for creative professionals with two locations in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We provide classes in painting, craft, jewelry, welding, woodworking, writing, circuitry, printmaking. We are committed to providing resources, opportunities and a dynamic-creative network to our members and the community at large. Our space houses four gorgeous photo studios, a professional wood & metal shop, a fully loaded digital media lab, shared & private office space and a large interdisciplinary art education program. Throughout the year we also offer exciting events and opportunities for artists.
