Impact Personal Training is a small private studio located in the heart of Bonita CA. We are located across from 2 golf courses with amazing views of the horse trails and active community outside. We specialized in weight loss, golf conditioning, M.E.L.T, body sculpt, corporate training, 6 week challenges and sports athletic training. Our trainers are Nationally certified and have years of experience working with clients with injuries, weight issues and health problems. We are a fun and energetic group of trainers and we create some amazing workouts that are fun and strengthen not injure the body. We also specialize in nutrition and can help anyone achieve their weight loss goals. We offer Medifast at our fully equipped studio.
