I am a classically and formally trained pianist, as well as a private music instructor. I teach Classical, Contemporary & Sacred Piano; Music Theory; Ear Training; Counterpoint and Orchestration; Flute; and Piccolo. I began playing piano at age 5, and have been playing piano now for over 25 years. I have been a piano instructor for the last 12 years and have a B.A. in Piano Accompaniment & Performance from the University of West Florida. I began playing flute at age 12, and piccolo at age 15. I have continued playing both as a soloist and in small groups, as well as instructing private lessons for the last 10 years. I am an active member of PMTA (Pensacola Music Teachers Association) -- Chair for the 2012 & 2013 Baroque Festival, Co-Chair of the 2013 Sonata & Scholarship Contest.
