We have been serving the Zephyrhills community for over 30 years. Our initiatives for the developmentally disabled are designed to maximize our residents' potential. We were founded as Scott's Group Home in 1976 by Arlene Scott as a home for developmentally disabled girls and boys. We were converted to Atkins Group Home in the 1970s to serve developmentally disabled males. Our director from 1981-2006 was Chip Atkins. We are currently managed by our board of directors. We are a private, non-profit IRS approved 501(c)3 organization.
