Medical Care Development is a not-for-profit organization with members, a Board of Directors, and more than 600 employees. Our corporate headquarters is located in Augusta, Maine and our international program office is in Silver Spring, Maryland. MCD shall design and implement creative, effective programs that achieve measurable improvement in health status and quality of life worldwide.
