WellMed Medical Management is a leader in the health care industry in supplying care and treatment to seniors, especially those with chronic disease. Its non-profit philanthropic partner WellMed Charitable Foundation seeks to complement this goal by providing grants to programs serving the elderly and their caregivers, and by developing new programs for the community through grants and public/private partnerships. The WellMed Charitable Foundation's signature program is Caregiver SOS, which offers an array of caregiver-focused services in person, on the telephone, over the air, and online.
