Our Long-Term Goals To develop affordable housing that is designed to be energy-efficient, environmentally and economically sound, respectful of residents and the community at large, and most importantly, empowering for low-income families To partner with other non-profits that provide homeownership and financial fitness classes, and pre-purchase and foreclosure prevention counseling To work closely with city and state government entities, advocating for and developing housing. To create community-building opportunities for residents, neighborhoods, and stakeholders
