Founded in 2010 by professionals in the fields of developmental disabilities and children and family services, Community Milestones was rebranded in 2013 to better reflect our work providing community-based services to disadvantaged individuals throughout New Jersey. Community Milestones is a human services organization proving support to New Jersey's most vulnerable. Our mission is to promote human dignity and quality of life for disadvantaged individuals and families throughout New Jersey. This mission is accomplished through advocacy, community partnerships, and the provision of skilled services.
