Walker Consulting Services was founded in 2011 by Ted-Hassani Walker, Sr. and Jerrina T. Walker, BSW. This husband and wife team was led to help small to medium sized faith based organizations and religious denominations to become better equipped to serve the many individuals who seek support and resources from these institutions and places of worship.

The Arc of Monroe County has been providing a variety of programs and services for over 3,500 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and their families in the Rochester community for over 50 years.
The Arc works to enhance the quality of life and self-esteem of individuals in our programs, providing them with meaningful social development, supported employment, residential community living and enrichment opportunities. The Arc is funded in part by the NYS Office of for People with Developmental Disabilities. The Arc also receives funding from VESID (Vocational and Educational Services for Individuals with Disabilities).
