If you read my Google Local Guides profile, one of the first things you'll notice is - I'm cheap and often use Google Reviews to "get even". It makes me feel good about myself and gives me a sense of empowerment. Never mind the negative impact it may have on the companies and their employees. That doesn't matter, as long as I get what I want - when I want it. But, enough about my personal life.
