Express is for companies from 5 to 50 employees. Enterprise is for larger companies requiring interfaces with large ERP systems. Both systems take sales orders, allow integrated viewing and coloring of stitch files, Adobe Illustrator, PDF, JPGs and other image files. State of the art, configurable workflow engine and the only commercially available scheduler for embroidery and screen print machines which recognizes all the factors affecting labor and time. For screen print this includes ink pattern matching between orders, ink change time, arm change time, dwell times, image area matching, operator skill levels, etc. For embroidery: number of heads, number of pieces, thread changes within rainbow orders and between orders, thread change time, labor rates, stitches lost per trim, etc.
