Unlike other freight auditing companies, we have the ability to audit Fedex and/or UPS domestic AND international invoices for our clients. Most freight auditing companies do not service customers who ship and receive packages internationally. Our Parcel Recovery Service provides added value reports detailing: service failure by carrier, service failure by service type, packages without proof of delivery, packages manifested but not shipped, residential deliveries and packages shipped via express when ground time in transit is equal or better. Our only fees are a percentage of the refunds secured and/or additional savings generated. Standard reports are included at no additional charge.
