I started Blue Coast back in 2018 out of a simple frustration: too many small business owners were paying agency money for stuff that didn’t work. Bloated websites. CRMs nobody used. AI tools that promised the moon and delivered nothing. So I went the other way. I work hands-on. I use what I sell — every workflow, every automation, every AI tool we recommend runs in my own operation first. If it doesn’t pay for itself in my business, I don’t sell it in yours. These days I work mostly with HVAC companies, pool builders, dental offices, and other service businesses that don’t have time for a six-month engagement and a 90-slide deck.
