We remove infected hacker code from websites. Next, we determine what method the hackers used to obtain access to the website files and lock it down. This often requires updating software on the website. We update: osCommerce, Wordpress, Joomla, Zen Cart, phpMyAdmin and many others. Whenever a new software patch or update is announced, our clients are automatically updated as well. Last, we monitor the website for any changes. We can monitor from every 4 hours to every 15 minutes. When we detect a change, we analyze it for maliciousness. If it's clean, we update our records of the change. If it's malicious, we remove the infection and then determine how it happened so we can work to protect the website.
