By partnering with local, state, and federal education agencies, colleges and universities, informal education institutions, and nonprofit organizations, our goal is to solve problems with the education system including: low graduation rates of US students, small percentages of students that follow post-secondary STEM pursuits, the inequitable distribution of highly effective teachers, and the cultivating of a mediocre US workforce. From the youngest students in primary classrooms to graduate students in university programs and beyond, we understand the developmental needs throughout the span of the educational or training process.
