We recognised that Clackmannanshire was lacking in a working vibrant gym that could provide a range of cardiovascular, free weights and intelligent training systems. Our vision at Validus is to bring the awareness of functional and compound training incorporating weight circuits and cardio, resulting in you reaching your goals faster.
