This Suffolk based leisure centre offers a gym with the latest fitness equipment, over 70 group exercise classes a week to suit every level of fitness, two swimming pools that host our award winning swim school as well as being the home of a multi-purpose sports hall that offers a range of sports and is the home to the Everyone Active Sports School for children, squash courts and outdoor tennis courts and an 5-a-side Astroturf football pitch. The centre also has a bowls hall (home of Mid Suffolk Indoor Bowls Club), crèche and café. The centre recently saw Tory's Hair Salon facilities open within the centre.
