Our main goal is to help adult community members improve on the skills they already have and/or learn new skills. We do so by offering classes or working one-on-one with a learning coach, in a non-threatening, inclusive, and flexible learning environment, most often in literacy, numeracy, English language learning, or computers. We also offer continuing education programs, such as the Health Care Aide certificate and Practical Nursing diploma, through stewardship with Red Deer Polytechnic and Olds College.
